Your Daily Ritual

If you don't already have a daily ritual, now is the perfect time to start!

In the Beginning

  • What is a ritual?
For the folks at Willows East, it's a set amount of time to celebrate you, in all your wonder and beauty.
  • How much time do I need?
10 minutes or 1 hour or more, it's completely up to you.
  • Where do I practice my ritual?
Anywhere. In your living room, hiking in the woods, on your commute, in the shower.
  • OK, I can manage that. What do I do?
Anything that makes you happy and can generally be repeated to bring you calmness, peace. See below for different types of rituals. The idea is to set aside time each day to celebrate you and to be completely in the moment, in the here and now.
  • Can my ritual change?
Always. But keep in mind that repetition of similar activities will be an indication to your subconscious that this is your special, calm, spiritual time. The more you train your subconscious to recognize this, the more you'll be able to reach that state of calmness and peace without the need for ritual.
